This process follows guidance from asphalt roofing manufacturers and the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association, which recommends chemical cleaning methods for algae and moss rather than high-pressure washing. The goal is to clean the roof safely, improve appearance, and help preserve the life of the roofing system.
During roof cleaning, we focus heavily on property protection, including controlled application, plant and landscape rinsing, runoff awareness, and careful cleanup. Some roof growth may lighten immediately, while heavier moss or lichen can continue breaking down after treatment and release over time.

Our exterior window cleaning process is efficient, safe, and designed for a crystal-clear finish. We apply a light, glass-safe soap to break up dirt, pollen, and exterior buildup, then give each pane and frame a soft-brush pass using a carbon fiber water-fed pole. After the initial clean, we rinse with purified reverse osmosis/de-ionized water that dries spot-free.
This process allows us to clean most exterior windows safely from the ground without ladders, harsh chemicals, or squeegee marks. The result is sparkling glass, cleaner frames, and a streak-free finish with minimal disruption to your day.
